Ranchi (Jharkhand) [India], October 24 (ANI): Union Minister and BJP’s election in-charge for Jharkhand, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, slammed the Hemant Soren-led Jharkhand government and alleged that the daughters of the state were not safe.
The senior BJP leader alleged that the Hemant Soren government has not done anything for the youth, women, and people of the state.
Speaking at a public meeting in Morabadi Ground, Ranchi, Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, “The daughters of the state are not safe, and the government is doing nothing…The public will dethrone this government… This is a corrupt government that has done nothing for the youths and the people of the state…Everyday paper leak cases are coming forward…The BJP has taken a pledge to take action against the people who do paper leaks…The day we will form the government, we will provide jobs to the youths here…The Hemant Soren government has done nothing for the women here…,” Chouhan said.
“BJP will safeguard the Roti, Beti, Maati…JMM and Congress alliance is more dangerous than the cyclone Dana…,” he added.
Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) announced its first list of 66 candidates for the Jharkhand Assembly elections on Saturday.
The party’s state chief, Babulal Marandi, will contest from Dhanwar, Lobin Hembrom from Borio, and Sita Soren from Jamtara. Former Chief Minister of Jharkhand Champai Soren has been nominated as the candidate from Saraikella, Geeta Balmuchu from Chaibasa, Geeta Koda from Jaganathpur, and Meera Munda, the wife of Union Minister Arjun Munda, will contest from Potka.
