Amravati (Andhra Pradesh) [India], October 11 (ANI): Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) President and former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of the Telugu states and the global Telugu community on the occasion of Durga Ashtami, Mahanavami, and Vijayadashami.
He highlighted that Vijayadashami marks the victory of good over evil, symbolizing Goddess Durga’s triumph over Mahishasura. He noted that no matter how powerful evil may be, goodness always wins in the end.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy wished for peace, prosperity, and success for all, praying that the blessings of Goddess Kanaka Durga bring joy and progress to every family in the state. He expressed his hope for a future filled with happiness and well-being for all.
Earlier, Reddy, held a meeting with party leaders and workers from the Mangalagiri constituency at the party’s central office in Tadepalli on Wednesday. He urged them to remain steadfast and united in the face of challenges, according to a press release from the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP).
During the meeting, the YSRCP President emphasised that true leadership is forged through opposition. He called for a robust grassroots organisational structure, including the establishment of booth committees, and assured that with unity and thorough preparation, the party would be well-positioned for the upcoming elections.
In a strategic move to strengthen the party’s leadership in the Mangalagiri constituency, the YSRCP appointed Donthireddy Vema Reddy as the in-charge. His appointment symbolises the party’s commitment to supporting its loyal workers, ensuring they have strong leadership at the grassroots level. (ANI)
