Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], October 11 (ANI): Ahead of Samajwadi Chief’s visit to the Jai Prakash Narayan International Center in Gomti Nagar (JPNIC) here on Friday on Jayaprakash Narayan’s birth anniversary, BJP spokesperson Pratul Shah Deo said Akhilesh Yadav should stop “playing his dirty politics.”
“Jai Prakash Narayan had preached in the last days of his life. Akhilesh Yadav should stop playing his dirty politics,” Deo said.
Meanwhile, Samajwadi Party workers climbed over the barricades put outside the Yadav’s residence. 
Visuals also emerged where a party worker was seen tying himself in chains and protesting outside the residence of Yadav. 
Earlier, Yadav lambasted Uttar Pradesh government for blocking the main gate of Jai Prakash Narayan International Centre (JPNIC), preventing his entry.
This comes after the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) refused to grant Akhilesh Yadav permission to visit Jai Prakash Narayan International Centre (JPNIC) on Friday for the freedom fighter’s birth anniversary.”

To prevent the Samajwadi people from garlanding the statue of ‘Jai Prakash Narayan Ji’ on his birth anniversary like last time, barricades have been put up around our private residence to stop them.,” the SP chief posted on X.

Akhilesh Yadav further accused the BJP of being against freedom fighters and the freedom movement.
“The BJP has always been against the freedom fighters and the freedom movement. They have learnt how to block the path by living with the colonial powers and supporting them secretly. Everyone says today, we don’t want BJP,” he wrote on X. (ANI)
